Mercy House International is a 501(c)3 nonprofit in Albany, Oregon, whose sole purpose is to help women and their children who are breaking free from abusive relationships.

Mercy House operates two upscale resale boutiques: 1st Hand Seconds Unique Boutique and Chicee Chicee Bridal. All profit from these boutiques supports the Mercy House mission—to help women and their children in our community who are leaving domestic abuse relationships.

An upscale resale clothing boutique in historic downtown Albany.

We opened our doors in 2010 as a way to support Mercy House International and its work. Our complete clothing and accessories inventory is received by donation.

Chicee Chicee Bridal Boutiquee

Our bridal boutique is located on the second floor of 1st Hand Seconds in downtown Albany.

Chicee Chicee Bridal offers a wide selection of over 300 gowns, sizes 0-32 as well as wedding veils, shoes and accessories.
